GREECE specialist Kosmar Holidays is helping villa owners to fund the building of swimming pools as part of its plans to attract the family market.
Managing director Abhi Dighe said upfront payments for accommodation are enabling more villas to offer swimming pools.
“We are trying to attract the family market and need the right properties to attract them,” he said.
The operator has increased its regional flying for 2000 with new routes from Newcastle to Skiathos, Kefalonia and Santorini; East Midlands to Rhodes; Birmingham to Crete; and Cardiff to Crete.
Dighe said capacity had been increased by 20% to 210,000.
Prices, which have risen by under 2%, lead in at £149 for one-week’s self-catering in Corfu.
Two-centre holiday options have been increased in the new programme while new resorts have been added in Rhodes, Crete and Mykonos.
Early-booking offers include free child places, two weeks for the price of one and free car hire.
The offers are part of a move to sell 60% of the programme by the end of next February.
