Status Travel has closed its three branches in Ledbury, Worcester and Bromyard having gone into administration.
Customers who have booked holidays will be contacted by their tour operator.
A spokesman for ABTA said: “Status Travel is now providing us with all the customer details and we will pass that onto the operators.”
Head of insolvency at Hazlewoods LLP chartered accountants Philip Gorman confirmed that staff would be paid the statutory minimum redundancy.
