Yorkshire travel agent Shavaun Greene has been awarded the highest accolade for National Vocational Qualificationlevels 3 and 4 in Travel Services. Greene, second left, who works at Specialist Travel in Silsden, Keighley, was the only person in the Yorkshire area to receive the Medal for Excellence which is given in recognition of exceptionalstandards in City and Guilds assessment. Her tutor Theva Thevarokiam, right, of Travelconsult also received acertificate in recognition of his teaching.
