The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has upgraded the technology it uses for its tour operating arm, Magic Holidays. The operator has upgraded Anite’s ATOP to the tour operator system supplier’s top-of-the-range product which uses Alpha technology. It enables bookings to be made 10 times more quickly. Alpha also allows users to produce management reports in a few minutes.Previously the task took several hours to complete.
