Reality Training has produced a 15-minute webinar offering five ideas on how to replace the lost revenue that will arise from the ban on charging credit card fees.
The free webinar is aimed at travel companies concerned about the changes, which come into effect on January 13 2018.
They will be presented by Reality Training’s Bob Morrell, who warned that companies which fail to prepare could face a “black hole” in their finances.
He said: “Reality Training is working with several travel groups on pre-peak projects – and this is a reoccurring theme – so if you don’t address this positively you’re looking at a black hole in your finances come the spring. But that needn’t be the case – there are steps you can take, right now, to make up the difference – that’s what this webinar is about.”
