Scenic and Emerald Waterways has appointed Danny Joel as sales manager for the south.
Joel has 18 years’ experience in the travel industry with Cadogan Holidays, Sandals and Beaches and Caribtours.
He joins Scenic and Emerald Waterways’ trade team, which includes sales manager (north) William Young, sales manager (central) Wendi Hardy and recently promoted Dawn Quinn, who is national sales manager.
Angela Sloan, the brand’s UK head of sales, said: “Danny has many years of experience and already has plans to grow the brands’ prominence amongst the trade industry.
“We very much look forward to embracing him as part of our team.”
This year the line is launching 228-guest capacity Scenic Eclipse, the brand’s first ocean vessel.
Joel said: “I can’t wait to work with this incredible product.”
