Cox and Kings has added several Individual Travellers tours to lesser-known parts of South America for 2000, including a tour of Ecuador which costs from £1,725 for 10 days featuring flights, accommodation and a private guide.
n journey latin America unveils two brochures
Journey Latin America has launched separate brochures for escorted tours and bespoke holidays. Guyana will be included for the first time, with escorted tours starting from £3,100 for 13 nights. Tailor-mades can also be arranged.
n union-castle travel adds nature itinerary
Union-Castle Travel has new itineraries across Latin America for 2000, including a Festival of Nature trip to Mexico. It costs from £2,483 for 12 days, including luxury beach properties and an eco-hotel on the Pacific coast, flights, taxes and some meals. They will feature in its A World of Elegant Explorations brochure, due out next month.

The Imaginative Traveller has several new trips in South America including three adventure tours and two tours by truck in Peru. It also has a new six-and-a-half-week expedition from Lima to Peru, which starts at £1,300 plus a local payment of US$600. Flights are extra. All tours arefeatured in its South and Central America brochure.
