Viking River Cruises has joined the Bringing Real Information and Guaranteed High Quality Training consortium.
The new operator brings the number of BRIGHT members to 11 which includes tourist boards as well as cruise lines and tour operators. The independent consortium runs training evenings for travel agents across the country and this week is embarking on a series of roadshows.
