Hainan Airlines account manager Diogo Castanheira is leaving the carrier after almost two years.
He was the first UK account manager for the Chinese airline in the UK.
Ben Clarke is taking over in the role once Castanheira leaves on July 9.
Castanheira said: “I will still remain in the industry, which means you haven’t quite got rid of me just yet. A new challenge has been presented to me, which I could not refuse.
“Now with four routes out of the UK and Ireland, Hainan is well on the way to be established as the ‘go to’ airline for all your China travel needs.”
