Workmen recently discovered some old publications in the loft of my great uncle’s home. Among them was a Poly brochure dating from 1960, issued by Park and Co Ltd Travel Agents, Barnstaple.
The publication makes interesting reading, particularly the holiday prices and resort descriptions.
Are any of your older readers able to provide information on the origin of Lunn Poly and was the company anything to do with the Lunn Poly of today?
