Online travel training platform OTT has been selected to join an international business growth programme backed by London & Partners and the capital’s mayor Sadiq Khan.
The scheme, administered by the capital’s promotion agency and funded by the European Union, identifies companies considered to have high international growth potential to be part of a 12 month support programme.
OTT was selected as part of the programme’s tech section following an application and interview process,
The company will receive specialist mentoring and advice to help maximise overseas trade opportunities including attending international trade shows and trade missions to China, the US, Europe and Australia.
The programme also gives participating firms access to relevant contacts in key markets, plus introductions to potential investors, partners and specialist funding.
The news came weeks ahead of OTT’s 10th anniversary.
OTT founder and managing director Julia Feuell said: “I am particularly looking forward to the strategic advice we will gain from the programme and working with mentors to create a business plan for international growth.
“We will also be able to feed back the knowledge we will gain from attending these trade missions to our travel trade partners, helping them to make the most of overseas opportunities.
“With the help and backing of the Mayor of London’s International Business Growth Programme, I am sure we will be able to grow OTT quickly.”
