Future Travel customers can now benefit from joining The Co-operative Group Membership Scheme – a loyalty club which offers discounts, gifts and cash dividends.
The scheme has long been available to customers of The Co-operative Group’s other businesses such as grocery retail, but this is the first time customers of its homeworking travel arm have been able to join.
Under the scheme, customers who sign up will get one point for every £2 they spend. Currently, each point is worth 2p, which means a £1,000 holiday would earn them £10.
As well as the cash payouts, customers will be offered other exclusive benefits including discounts and free gifts.
Future Travel managing director Jane Atkins said the move was a huge opportunity for Future Travel homeworkers.
She added: “This is better than any offer on the high street and no other travel agents reward their customers in this way. It is also unique as no other reward scheme pays out cash.
“There are 3.5 million members of The Co-operative Group, so it opens up a huge market to agents, as well as providing a further incentive to book for existing customers.”
