Thomas Cook has confirmed its managing director of scheduled business Sue Biggs left the company on August 31.
The former head of Kuoni joined Thomas Cook in November 2007 and won a Travel Weekly Outstanding Achievement Award in April 2008.
Chief executive of independent travel for Thomas Cook Ian Derbyshire confirmed Biggs’ departure.
He said: “I would like to thank her for the role she played in our progress to date and wish her all the very best for the future.”
