Retraining has appointed Chris Grant Chris Grant to the new position of senior trainer. She joins from the Travel Training Company where she worked for 12 years and has also carried out training for British Airways in the UK and overseas.

Corus and Regal Hotels has announced several new management changes. Katie Garland has been appointed general manager at the Dolphin Hotel, Southampton. She worked for 10 years at the Roundhouse Hotel, Bournemouth. Marco di Sora has moved from the County Hotel Epping to run Blackwell Grange in Darlington. His replacement is Philip Smith-Andrew who was general manager at the Rose and Crown in Tonbridge.
Leeds Castle has appointed Sandra Barrett as marketing manager. She joins from the South-East England Tourist Board where she was director of marketing.
