Tui Travel has restructured into four business sectors to “reflect the strategic priorities of the group as it develops”.
The four divisions are Mainstream, Specialist and Activity, Accommodation and Destinations and Emerging Markets.
The new structure comes as Jacky Simmonds was named as group human resources director and a member of the group management board from October 1.
She replaces group HR director Bill Logan, who is retiring from his role after 12 years with the group. He will remain with the company in an advisory role to the board through 2011, Tui said.
It was revealed last week that two senior jobs would go as the company merged its ski and specialist divisions.
Mathew Prior, currently managing director of Tui Ski, will take the same role in the newly formed Specialist Holiday Group with ski finance head Colin Parselle as finance director.
Ian Simkins and Rory Verner, currently managing director and finance director of the Tui UK & Ireland Specialist Division, have decided to pursue other opportunities, the company said.
