Tui head of marketing Jeremy Ellis will be keynote speaker at next month’s Hays Travel Independence Group overseas conference.
The conference carries the theme ‘Service Giants’ and is being held on November 14-17 at the Avenida Palace Hotel in Barcelona.
In addition to the Tui session, there will be a presentation by the Spanish Tourist Office as well as break out sessions on social media, retail, cruise, i-sell – the group’s bespoke selling system – and a ‘money expert’ session.
Day two gives members the chance to talk one to one with head office teams and external suppliers during ‘match making’ sessions, ahead of a gala dinner on the last night.
Ellis said: “I’m looking forward to the conference and having the opportunity to share some of the great ideas we all have around improving customer service.”
