Polly Poulton has returned Travelsphere and Just You after maternity leave to work as key account manager for southern England.
Her return to the sister touring brands means that Graham Bishop will join the key account manager team on a permanent basis and concentrate his efforts in the east of England.
The team is led by head of trade sales Sarah Weetman, and also includes account managers Darry Gardner (South West and Wales); John Docherty (Scotland and Northern Ireland), Phil Shipman (North West and Midlands) and Rachel Mould (North East).
Alastair Campbell, managing director of Travelsphere and Just You, said: “We are continuing to see unprecedented travel trade growth, which is a direct result of a number of recent changes that we have made, namely setting up our dedicated team in our contact centre to support trade, along with our ‘Rock Solid Guarantees’ on all of our bookings, meaning the travel trade can book with confidence with both Travelsphere and Just You.
“Our trade partners are key to the future of Just You and Travelsphere, hence the reason why we have doubled the size of the team over the last year.
“Our investment in the team means we are able to really support our trade partners, who in turn will be able to grow their own business.”
The G Touring brands have a free, priority phone number for agencies, which is answered by a specialist team member who can handle a booking or support the agent.
Travelsphere recently launched its small-group promise, with a maximum of 35 people on its touring holidays.
Campbell added: “Travelsphere’s small group promise has been extremely popular. We have put a maximum group size of 35 on all of our touring holidays, though many of them have a maximum of 15, 20, 25 or 30 customers.”
