I READ with interest the letter from Celtic Tours, Cardiffconcerning Kosmar Holidays (Travel Weekly September 20).
At Cowal Travel Centre, we have had many dealings with Kosmar and have always found the company to be helpful and efficient. Kosmar is one of our favourite companies to deal with and we cannot fault its administration.
For late bookings, the company has called to confirm ticket ondeparture arrangements moments after we have completed a booking, while the clients are still in the office and without charging a TOD fee. More importantly, our clients return home from holiday full of praise for the company, and thank us for recommending it. So, give Kosmar a chance – it does deliver!
