Hogg Robinson Group has moved to strengthen its presence in eastern Europe with the opening of an office in Georgia.
HRG Georgia in Tbilisi and sister business HRG Ukraine are fully owned by Sky Travel Holdings, with which the travel management company has had a strong working relationship since 1999.
Managing director Valerie Luyk said: “We see great opportunities in this growing market to develop the HRG brand.”
In addition to corporate travel management, HRG Georgia offers an events and meetings management service for meetings, incentives, conferences and events.
HRG company secretary and general counsel Keith Burgess said: “We are delighted to move into the increasingly important Georgian market which continues to benefit from an influx of foreign business visitors, airlines and suppliers.
“A growing number of multinational clients are opening their offices in Georgia and HRG will be able to provide corporate travel solutions for these clients.”
