Luxury operators Abercrombie & Kent and Cox & Kings are to put together an updated marketing support toolkit for agents.
Managing director Kerry Golds , director of sales James Coughlan and agency sales manager Mark Harris hosted the sister brands’ first Key Agent Partner Forum today, which aimed to share key market insights and ideas on future travel trends.
They asked for feedback on how the operators had supported the agents’ clients in the last six months and discussed how both companies could support trade partners through the Covid-19 crisis on how to reassure and inspire clients for future bookings.
As a result of the agent feedback, A&K will be putting together an updated marketing support toolkit that agents will be able to download themselves. An additional trade forum is planned in the coming weeks.
Managing director Kerry Golds said: “Collaboration is king right now, and we want to reassure our trade partners that we’re here for them.”
