Jet2holidays has extended the suspension of holidays to the Canary Islands until October 31.
In a message to agents, the operator said: “All holidays departing up to and including 31 October 2020 will automatically be cancelled with a full refund and you will be issued with a cancellation invoice.
“Flights will start to recommence from 01 November 2020, and this is subject to our new flying programme.”
Jet2’s Canaries programme had previously been suspended to October 17.
The Canary and Balearic Islands remain off the government’s safe lists alongside mainland Spain, despite hopes being raised of a regional “island corridors” approach.
