Callow Hall in Derbyshire is the latest hotel from the collapsed von Essen group to be sold.
The 16-room grade II listed country house property in Mappleton has been bought by a private buyer for an undisclosed sum.
The deal brings the number of properties sold from the 28-strong von Essen portfolio up to 18, including an island off the coast of Wales.
The remainder of the hotels are not in administration and they will continue to trade as usual while we continue to speak to interested parties, administration firm Ernst & Young said.
Joint administrator Angela Swarbrick said: “We are very pleased to announce the sale of another hotel. The high interest in the von Essen Hotels portfolio is translating into completed transactions and we expect to announce further sales shortly.”
