Airlines within the Lufthansa Group have extended a waiver on rebooking fees until the end of February 2021.
The offer, which applies to all fares on Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Eurowings, allows multiple rebookings without fees, and was originally valid until the end of 2020.
The policy applies to al short, medium and long-haul fares, though customers may incur additional costs if like-for-like options are not available when rebooking for a new date or destination.
In a statement, Lufthansa Group said the removal of the rebooking fee meant its airlines were “now even more responsive to their customers’ needs for flexible travel arrangements”.
