A warning of major delays has been issued today due to a series of co-ordinated strikes at airports across Germany.
Eurocontrol said the industrial action by ground handlers was creating disruption and many flight cancellations.
Airports affected include Frankfurt and Berlin, which are described as being particularly affected by cancellations. Long-haul flights appear to have escaped from the disruption.
