AIRTOURS’ upmarket Tradewinds operation has revamped its cruising product and added new destinations to its Worldwide programme.
Three ships have been chartered from Star Cruises – Superstar Virgo which sails from Singapore to Thailand and Malaysia, Superstar Leo which takes in Vietnam via Hong Kong and Superstar Europe which sails to Vietnam from Thailand.
Royal Caribbean International’s new Voyager of the Seas is also on offer along with sister ship Monarch of the Seas.
The cruising revamp followed research amongcustomers.
Managing director Matthew Cheetham said: “Worldwide 2000 is the result of careful market research and matches products and services to our customers requirements. Cruising was something we felt needed a new look.”
New destinations are Turks and Caicos and the Grenadines in the Caribbean and Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora and the Cook Islands in the South Pacific.
Existing product has also been bolstered with a number of new hotels in Thailand. They include the Patong Beach and Karon Royal Wing in Phuket, Butterfly Village in Koh Samui and Mercure in Pattaya.
