A new resort in Barbados is due to open in January offering 83 holiday homes to rent.
The Port Ferdinand Luxury Marina and Residences is being developed on 16 acres north of Speightstown.
Facilities include a gourmet food store, dining, golf simulator, swimming pool, concierge service and complimentary water taxi.
Three bedroom homes will be available to rent from $1,500 per night, from January 7 to April 14, and for $750 from April 15 to December 14.
Bookings are being made available via Expedia.co.uk, Exceptional Villas and Kuoni.com.
The new development by resort company UNNA follows the Port St Charles marina and Saint Peter’s Bay Luxury Resort and Residences, both on the northwest coast of Barbados.
UNNA’s resorts will be supported by a UK marketing campaign which will include advertising across upmarket print titles.
Other developments include a new website, stpetersbaybarbados.com, with direct booking facility, plus the UNNA website www.UNNAliving.com.
