Dense fog was affecting flights in the southeast for the second morning running today.
Southampton airport warned passengers to expect flight delays and cancellations to flights this morning due to fog in the region.
Flights at London City airport also faced disruption due to the adverse weather conditions for a second morning in succession.
Fog was also affecting Channel Islands services, with passengers to and from Jersey and Guernsey advised to contact their airlines.
Eurocontrol warned of major flight delays at Heathrow and London City while Gatwick and Manchester were also affected.
