Brackenbury calls for APD changes


FEDERATION of Tour Operators chairman Martin Brackenbury has urged MPs to keep holidays affordable by freezing Air Passenger Duty or reducing the rate for children.



Speaking at a parliamentary dinner in London, attended by 22 MPs and Tourism Minister Janet Anderson, Brackenbury said: “A family of four nowhas to find another £80 for a week’s sunshine in a popular family destination such as Turkey.”
