Ryanair extends availability of Cyprus collapse ‘rescue fares’

The availability of rescue fares for travellers affected by the collapse of Cyprus Airways has been extended by Ryanair.

The rates, starting at €49.99, are being provided to help those left stranded following the closure of Cypriot carrier.

They are available for booking and travel from today for seven days until January 23.

A spokesman said: “Cyprus customers can avail of these Ryanair rescue fares, starting from just €49.99, and should log onto the Ryanair website, with fares from Athens and Thessaloniki to Paphos starting at just €49.99, and fares from Stansted to Paphos at just £69.99.”
