My Booking Rewards says record earnings continue

My Booking Rewards (MBR) has reported record agent earnings as a result of its 2024 campaign – and says the high numbers are continuing beyond the peak season.

Between December 2023 and April 2024, UK agents earned £197,000 in tangible rewards, up 61% on 2023.

This was the result of logging more than 28,000 bookings with MBR, a specialist in agent rewards and incentives.

MBR suppliers also enjoyed record returns, said the company, with those logged bookings resulting in combined sales revenue of more than £200 million.

Around 2,000 new agents registered with the company this year in order to get the rewards, which include cash, free room nights and fam trip places.

Globally the peaks 2024 campaign helped agents to earn almost £1 million in bonus rewards income while suppliers generated sales revenue of around £4.2 million.

Chief executive Darren Pearson said the record numbers were continuing. In February this year, the company was already reporting record figures.

He said: “Peaks 2024 has been outstanding. Logged bookings haven’t once faltered in pace and supplier feedback shows that trend continuing.

“Agents are still logging high numbers of bookings and therefore reaping record benefits.”

The 2024 campaign culminated in the company’s eighth annual Peaks Performance Awards in Manchester, which celebrated outstanding agent sales performance during peaks.

Agents can ‘earn and learn’ from MBR’s portal which offers direct interaction with more than 1,200 hotels and resorts worldwide. Suppliers can engage with an active network of more than 40,000 agents.
