WORLD Travel Market has launched an Internet site that allows Meridian Club members access to an appointment booking service to request meetings with exhibitors.
Members simply access the site, select who they want to meet, view their available time slots and request a meeting.
Exhibitors, once they have initialised their on-line diary, should check the site regularly to confirm or decline requests.
WTM marketing manager Sue Bertram said: “Last year an estimated 7,500 Meridian Club members pre-arranged to meet exhibitors at the event. This on-line service will accelerate this trend.”
