Franklin said: “I’m delighted to have joined Mark Warner and I’m really looking forward to communicating to the trade about all our great holidays and the support we can offer in terms of marketing support, agent incentives, training and more.
“Having myself been a travel agent for over 20 years, I really understand what agents are looking for so I’m excited to bring this expertise to the team.
“I’m a keen skiier and waterskiier, so I’ll be sure to convey my passion for the Mark Warner product to agents.”
