HX unveils new two-tier loyalty programme

HX Hurtigruten Expeditions has launched its first standalone loyalty programme.

From this month, the HX Explorers initiative will have two tiers offering exclusive benefits for first-time passengers and customers who have sailed for more than three nights.

These include special rates for repeat bookings, year-round activities and a dedicated loyalty manager for members.

There are also discounts for “like-minded and sustainable brands” such as CEWE, Waterhaul and Ocean Bottles.

More developments in the HX Explorers programme will come in due course.
