Fred Holidays has appointed Joseph Grimley as head of sales for Pandaw.
Grimley first joined Fred Holidays as a business development manager in February 2024.
Before that, he was UK sales director at Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours, and previously held sales roles at Riviera Travel, Page & Moy and 1st4cruising.
Fred Holidays is the general sales agent (GSA) for Pandaw, and, in his new role, Grimley will remain part of the Fred Holidays team while focusing on expedition river cruise brand.
Grimley said: “When this opportunity arose, I immediately threw my hat into the ring and am absolutely delighted to be taking on this new role.
“Pandaw is a unique company, and, over the coming weeks, I will be formulating a sales strategy aimed at raising awareness of the brand and equipping agents with the knowledge and tools to sell it to their customers.
“I’m looking forward to introducing agents to the wonderful world of Pandaw and to working with them to support any sales and marketing initiatives, as well as enhancing existing relationships and fostering new ones.”

Earlier this year, the Asian river cruise specialist launched its first dedicated UK brochure since the pandemic, accompanied by an agent selling guide and an incentive for new bookings.
Pandaw operates on rivers in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, China, Burma and India.
