Children’s club: Crystal Holidays’ Pepi Penguin Beach Club, for three to 11-year-olds, is based at St Brelade’s Bay and organises swimming, face painting, beach games, nature walks and rockpool exploring. It operates from June 30 to August 29 and costs £49 for five days, including lunch, but must be booked before departure. Single days can be booked for £11.
Aquadome: Jersey’s only all-weather indoor swimming complex is at the Merton. Heated to 27C, it includes cascade pools, spas, a toddlers’ area, and a swim-through to the pool outside. A £100,000 waterslide opened in February. A creche operates 6.30pm-8.30pm, except Saturday, to allow parents to eat in peace. Baby-listening and baby-sitting services also available.
