New Frontiers launches awareness campaign

Travel recruitment specialist New Frontiers has launched a campaign to help create awareness of the sector.

New Frontiers has produced a series of 29 videos interviewing companies, job seekers and travel associations about travel recruitment, which are being made available to view on its website and being sent out with blogs from guest writers on a variety of subjects.

Companies interviewed include Advantage, GTMC, ACTE, UK Inbound, JAC, The Holiday Place, Worldstrides, Rima Travel and Altour.

New Frontiers founder Julia Feuell said the campaign – which started in June and runs until the end of the year – aims to create “more buzz” for the company at a time when it has taken on George Kerr-Whannel as a new managing director and was looking to expand.

She added: “We have not done anything like this before and it’s got to gather momentum. This campaign is all about raising awareness about us as well as saying recruitment is an important piece in any company.

“I wanted to talk to some associations and find out their views and their members’ views and what barriers there are to recruitment.”

The campaign looks at different recruitment issues including how to find new staff; why people leave their job and interview candidates who have found jobs, and companies who have recruited new staff, as well as offering top tips on interviews and CVs.

Videos and blog posts by guest writers will be sent out to those who have signed up for information on the campaign as they go live on New Frontiers’ website.
