E-COMMERCE Expo 2000 will feature a programme of free seminars aimed at companies trying to generate traffic to their Web sites.
The topics for discussion will include marketing dot com companies, how to keep clients, security and customer service.
Among the expert panellists to take part are Peter de Groot of Andersen Consulting and Karl Schneider, editor of Computer Weekly.
E-commerce Expo 2000 will take place at hall nine at the NEC in Birmingham between March 28 and 30.
The Expo is run by Reed Exhibitions, a division of Travel Weekly’s parent company Reed Elsevier.
