PAUL Dubrule is co-founder and co-chairman of the Accor Supervisory Board. He was educated at the School of Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Geneva and started his career with internships at the Swiss Bank Corporation and Chemical Corn Exchange in New York.
He was co-chairman and chief executive officer of the Accor Group from 1983 to 1997, co-chairman and chief executive officer of Novotel SIEH and co-founder of Novotel with fellow Hall of Fame new member Gerard Pelisson.
He is also mayor of Fontainebleau in France and president of Entreprise et Progres. Dubrule was also co founder of the World Travel and Tourism Council. He was named officer in the Legion d’honneur and Chevalier in the Ordre National du Merite.
