Sri Lanka and Jamaica will be the destinations for the first educationals under the new Distant Dreams programme.
A dozen agents will be invited to attend each of the trips which will take place some time in May. Participants will be chosen from the Distant Dreams “Dream Team” which already benefits from exclusive tactical offers and enhanced commission levels.
Further educationals are planned to Cuba and Kenya later in the year. The first training roadshows and in-house training are expected to be launched in the summer with other related suppliers.
