BUSINESSTravel International has appointed Adrian Woodward as director partner liaisons to strengthen its global network.
Woodward worked for rival alliance Global Travel Management until July ’96 when he left to set up his own consultancy business called Directions.
“I did some consultancy work for BTI and then I was asked to work for them full time,” he said. “The role has been dormant for about a year but was previously filled by Keith Riddle about four years ago.
“It was a hard decision to give up my own company because it was doing very well.”
In his new position, Woodward reports to Mike Platt, chief executive officer for BTIand commercial relations director for BTIUKHogg Robinson.
