P&O CRUISES and Princess Cruises have announced a reshuffle of their senior UK management, with David Dingle appointed to the new post of commercial and corporate development director.
He will be in charge of the strategic development of the two cruise lines, and retain responsibility for areas including IT and sales.
Swan Hellenic managing director Carol Marlow will take over from Dingle as marketing director of P&O/Princess, and also stay in charge at Swan. General manager marketing Nigel Esdale is being promoted to the new post of planning and sales director at P&O/Princess.
Meanwhile, general manager for distribution and systems, Linda Hess, has been promoted to the new post of customer services and information systems director. P&O/Princess managing director Gwyn Hughes said the shake-up was aimed at strengthening the management team.
