I would like to comment on Holiday Autos taking the trouble to apologise for delays in answering calls (Travel Weekly February 10).
I will always keep trying to get through, as Holiday Autos staff are always cheerful, helpful and friendly.
I’ve worked for Lunn Poly for more than three years and its forces rules upon us – at present we must call Hertz.
Hertz staff are the complete opposite, unfriendly, and seem to think they are doing you a favour by answering your call.
