THE CARIBBEAN Tourism Organisation has awarded a bronze certificate to Anna Baggott of Travel Norwich Airport in Suffolk, after she completed the first stage of its training programme. The Caribbean Travel Agents Training Programme’ manual for agents was launched last November. Participants go through bronze, silver and gold levels as they progress through the manual, and they earn extra points for attending educationals and road shows.
