Tradewinds introduces island options
TRADEWINDS has introduced the Great Barrier Reef islands of Dunk, Heron and Bedarra to its new Australia brochure, writes Christian Koch.A three-night all-inclusive resort stay on Bedarra Island costs from £819, while a three- night full-board package on Heron Island is priced from £415. A similar deal on Dunk Island starts at £325.
The brochure also features motorhome and car hire as well as pre-packaged self-drive itineraries. These are designed to be used in conjunction with the Flag Choice hotel voucher scheme, which enables accommodation to be pre-booked.
Tradewinds has also increased its range of Mini Stays, which offer two or three- night stays that can be added to any itinerary. In Queensland, for example, these include Brisbane, Cairns and Port Douglas.
In tropical North Queensland, Tradewinds is offering hot-air balloon trips, a Skyrail journey above the rainforest,a reef cruise and staysin the Daintree Rainforest Resort.
