Jet2.com and Jet2holidays resume Cyprus programme

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays will resume their programme of flights and package holidays to Cyprus on Saturday (February 12).

The first flights will depart from Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Stansted airports to Paphos (pictured).

The sister brands will resume services to the Mediterranean island from all 10 UK bases during the rest of February and into March.

The Paphos services from Newcastle and East Midlands resume on Sunday, followed by Birmingham (February 16), Glasgow (February 26), Edinburgh (March 16) and Belfast International (March 30).

A new addition to the progamme will be Bristol-Paphos flights and holidays, starting from March 6.

The resumption of services to Paphos comes after the removal of restrictions for fully vaccinated customers arriving into the UK.

The sister brands say there has been strong demand for flights and holidays to Cyprus, with Paphos proving a popular choice for holidaymakers looking to get away this February half-term, Easter and during the summer.

Furthermore, flights and holidays restart to Larnaca from nine bases from March 27.

Steve Heapy, chief executive of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “Since travel has started to return to normal, we have seen strong demand from customers looking to make the most of being able to enjoy a much-needed getaway in the sunshine, with Paphos proving to be a very popular choice of holiday destination.”

Currently, Brits visiting Cyprus must take Covid tests before they depart, when they arrive and while they are away, but the rules are set to be eased for arrivals from March 1.
