Loganair has expanded its service between Manchester and Aberdeen “in response to growing demand”.
The airline has increased its daily flights from three to four, with the additional service departing Manchester at 12.20pm and arriving in Aberdeen at 13.30pm.
The extra flight will be operated on an Embraer 145 jet with fares starting from £76 each way.

Chris Woodroofe, managing director at Manchester airport said: “We welcome Lognair’s decision to increase capacity on its route from Manchester to Aberdeen.
“This service forms an important part of our domestic network also giving people in the north of Scotland even greater access to the destinations served directly from Manchester airport.”
Loganair chief commercial officer Luke Lovegrove said: “We are thrilled to expand our offering across our service from Manchester to Aberdeen as we respond to growing demand.”
Loganair recently confirmed that advisers had been appointed to find a buyer for the Glasgow-based business.
