The reappointment of three non-executive directors at the Civil Aviation Authority has been confirmed by the Department for Transport.
Katherine Corich will be involved with the regulator for another three years while Marykay Fuller and Anne Lambert’s time has been extended by one additional year.
Corich was first appointed as a non-executive director of the board in July 2019.
Serving on the audit and people committees, she has extensive experience of corporate governance, and performance and risk-based regulation and aviation safety, according to the DfT.
Fuller was initially appointed in January 2019, serving on the audit committee and acting as senior independent director since 2021.
She also chairs the Air Travel Trust Fund and is a member of the CAA’s international management advisory board. Her experience spans wide, including financial services, aviation, the transport sector, energy, infrastructure, real estate, and project finance.
Lambert was appointed in February 2019, serving on the audit and people committees. She has experience from government, in particular regulation – insurance, telecommunications, competition and aviation – as well as governance from the non-profit sector.
All appointments are from July 1.
