Tui is raising frequency to more than nine destinations from Glasgow airport this summer.
As many as four flights a week will be offered to Antalya and Dalaman in Turkey and Majorca.
The number of flights to Malaga, Corfu, Paphos and Rhodes will be increased to twice a week.
Cancun and Melbourne Orlando airport return as long-haul options.
The Mexican resort will be served up to four time a week in the summer peak and the new Florida gateway up to three time a week.
Matt Hazelwood, chief commercial officer at the Scottish airport’s owner AGS Airports, said: “As international travel restrictions continue to be relaxed, we know that there is huge pent-up demand from our passengers who want and need to travel again.
“Tui’s decision to significantly increase capacity on some of our most popular destinations in Turkey and Spain is very welcome news indeed.
“We are particularly pleased to see the return of services to Cancun and Orlando, which have historically been extremely popular with our customers.”
