Riviera Travel confirms river and yacht summer restarts

Riviera Travel has confirmed the restart dates of its European river and yacht cruises this summer, and announced a raft of passenger offers.

The Douro, Porto & Salamanca itinerary is the first of the line’s sailings to return, on August 20, with Croatian yacht cruises following on August 28.

From August 31, the Seine, Paris & Normandy departures will begin.

Passengers will be able to sail on the Burgundy, the River Rhone & Provence itinerary from September 6 and, from September 9, Medieval Germany departures.

Both the river and yacht programmes run until November 22.

A free drinks package, covering all restaurant draught beer, house wines, selected wines, non-alcoholic beer and soft drinks; £100 discount and free Covid-19 tests are available on river and yacht sailings booked before September 30.

Riviera Travel chief executive Phil Hullah said: “The wealth of offers we have available means now is the perfect time to book a 2021 cruise for customers looking to sail this year.

“The fact that our sailings will guarantee there being no quarantine requirements on either side, and that all guests will be fully vaccinated, ensures an extra level of reassurance.”
