Training provider learndirect has acquired TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) specialist i-to-i.
Leeds-based i-to-i provides online teaching training and sends its customers to countries including Vietnam, Thailand and China and has been trading for 25 years.
Merger and acquisitions specialist The Firebird Partnership advised on the sale to Learndirect, the UK’s largest provider of online training courses.
